Twitter, import twitter @ (stream) in addition to # (hashtags)

I am attempting to import a stream of MANY reports on Drone Strikes from @Dronestream . Problem is that there are no hash tags.  I will hand enter if necessary any suggestions from my smart talented friends and kindred spirits.
