Send Emails through the platform

As administrator, I should be able send me emails/messages to reporters according to filters such as Category or Locations

What this means is that features like the one you are requesting may be considered for the next version.  Issues (features etc) can be posted here https://github.com/ushahidi/Lamu

For the Kenyan elections, our deployment (uchaguzi.co.ke) allowed for us to send messages back to the SMS originator. https://github.com/ushahidi/uchaguzi  (if you are looking for the exact code on this, I can inquire with our developer team)
