In our installation our requirement is that the user first select which category he wants to file a report in and on choosing the category a pre-defined form will be selected for him automatically to be filled in the submit report page.
Since reports for different categories require different inputs, I think this is a much needed feature instead of providing a drop-down at the top for the user to choose which form he needs to use and then choose a category.
Can someone provide a simple code to achieve this?
