Gmail in Crowdmap

Hello all!


I finished setting up my Gmail account for my Crowdmap page (using IMAP) and, although the site indicates that the setup was successful, I'm not seeing any emails on my inbox. Am I doing something wrong? Did I miss something?

FYI I'm having same problem and have also contacted Crowdmap above.

There are some known issues with email and Crowdmap. We will be upgrading the system to 2.0 shortly and this should clear things up if the problem isn't resolved in the next couple days.

I am having the same problem getting reports in from a GMail account. No reports are retrieved using either POP or IMAP.


Has anyone been successful getting CrowdMaps to work with Gmail accounts?

I am also having this problem at http://morocco2011.crowdmap.com, and have tried other mail providers which don't seem to work either. It is the settings for incoming mail that I have been using:


full email

email password

995

pop.gmail.com

pop3

ssl - yes


Any suggestions for why this may not be working?

Is there any way to delete your mail server settings in Crowdmap after the settings have been saved?

Hi, I’m having the same problem…

I tried sending messages to my account from crowdmap “contacts” and nothing happened…
Maybe I did something wrong… can anyone help me?
