Email site address issues with crowdmap classic

Hi I’ve created a new deployment climatix.crowdmap.com and used the email site address report.climatix@outlook.com… In the initial stage the crowdmap was successfully pulling in reports from the email address. However, it is failing to do so since past 7-8 days. All the pop settings and scheduler log settings are in place. Yet it is not pulling in the emails.
