Hi,

if the deployment has been set private, the forbidden messages are expected.

Regarding the login problems, have you checked the logs? (in storage/logs/lumen.log)

No, I did not check the logs, so yesterday I was to do some update after the update I got the following message, http://incidents.sierraleonedecides.com/forbidden (sorry, something went wrong. Try reloading the page). and when I used the public IP of the server (18.217.162.17) its says ( If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working. Further configuration is required.)

A bit confusingly, we have several ways to install (and more unfortunately, even several versions of instructions). Which installation instructions did you follow? Were you able to complete all the steps successfully?
